MC33880 : 0.55mOhm; RDS(on) CONFIGURABLE EIGHT OUTPUT SWITCH WITH SPI I/O CONTROL

The MC33880 is an eight output high-side or low-side solid state relay is a monolithic power IC comprising control logic, charge pump, gate drive, and low R DS(on)MOSFET output circuitry into a small surface mount package. It is designed to independently drive eight separate inductive or incandescent loads at individual rms currents to 1.0 A. Two of the outputs can be pulse width modulated (PWM)at frequencies to 2.0 kHz. Output control is via SPI. Fault conditions are also detected and reported via SPI. Typical circuit uses include: driving solenoids and heavy duty relay contactors, small motors or actuators, incandescent lamps and any other DC loads up to 10 W each.
